Tracy’s Crab Shack physical location is now closed for the winter and will reopen in April 2026. We’re so grateful for our crew, our community, and every guest who stopped by this summer. See you next season!

Located right on the downtown Juneau waterfront, our Main Shack is all about the experience. Expect a high-energy atmosphere, a lineup of incredible Alaskan crab (including the world-famous King Crab), and a side of spontaneous singalongs. This is the spot for visitors looking to soak up the full Tracy’s experience.

How it Works

  1. Get in line and place your order at the counter

  2. Give us your name and where you’re from—we’ll call it out loud when your food is ready

  3. Grab a drink from the bar and find a seat

  4. We’ll bring your food directly to your table, make sure to wave us down when you hear your name
