Tracy’s King Crab Shack is a seasonal restaurant catering to locals and visitors alike. We are a high volume, fast-paced operation. The atmosphere can be high energy and hectic at times with long (fast moving) lines and excited customers. Our guests are from all over the world and we are often the favorite part of their trip!
The “Shack” opened in the summer of 2006 as an 8x10 foot shack. We have grown and expanded over the years to larger spaces and two locations. The goal when we opened our first shack was to bring an Alaskan King Crab dining experience to our guests. Continuing that tradition today, we want every guest to walk away remembering their trip to Alaska and Tracy’s King Crab Shack!
We have a strong retention rate of returning Crabby Crew year after year however we will be hiring a limited number of full and part-time crew for the 2025 season. We are a seven day a week operation and require all crew to work at least one weekend day per week. Priority scheduling is given to those available full-time, full season (April 15th to Oct 15th), morning or evening shifts. For those interested in part-time, we require 3 days per week, including one day per weekend.
We invite those with customer service experience and an outgoing personality to apply. Kitchen experience is a plus! Position placement will be based on experience however you can and will be expected to rotate positions and work together as a team! The minimum hiring age is 18 years old by May 1st, 2025.
